History: The company started its activity in 1991 and during its first years it performed mainly emergency repairs of vessels at sea. Since 1996, the company has been engaged in dock and class repairs of vessels up to 40,000 DWT and takes a substantial part of the ship repair market in Bulgaria. In a situation of heavy competition, the company has fulfilled contracts for the repair of more than 250 ships.

Presently/ Nowadays / At present: Varna Maritime Ltd. has established a positive image thanks to the quality of the  services, compliance with agreed deadlines, loyalty, flexibility and commitment to its customers.
It successfully cooperates with the Technical University - Varna, Naval Academy, with the representatives of all Classification societies, marine paints and ship's spare parts suppliers located at Varna.
